The online monitoring system comprises a displacement sensor, a thin film tension and pressure sensor, shear spring rubber, shear spring steel plates, a data acquisition instrument, an electronic computer, a wireless signal transceiving module and a data conversion module. The thin film tension and pressure sensor monitors the tension and pressure of the shear spring during working, and when the shear spring rubber is torn, the thin film tension and pressure sensor can measure that the tensionand pressure below a tearing opening of the shear spring rubber are reduced to different degrees, so that whether the shear spring rubber is torn or not and the length of a crack can be judged according to the pressure value measured by the thin film tension and pressure sensor, and fault diagnosis and residual life prediction of the shear spring are achieved.
