Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of ferrographic image segmentation, in particular to a light-weight residual U-net-based reflected light ferrographic image segmentation method, which comprises the following steps of: fusing a deep residual network and U-net to construct a light-weight residual U-net; collecting ferrographic images, and screening the collected ferrographic images; marking the reflected light ferrographic image by adopting an automatic marking method to obtain a training data set of lightweight residual U-net; training the lightweight residual error U-net by using the training data set to obtain a trained lightweight residual error U-net; and segmenting any reflected light ferrographic image by using the trained network. The trained network can realize accurate segmentation of the reflected light ferrographic image, and has good anti-interference performance at the same time. According to the method, the problem of reflected light ferrography image segmentation under the conditions of bubble interference and uneven illumination is solved, and abrasive particles with complex surface color features can also be accurately segmented.
