Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: putting sexually mature zebrafish into a mating fish tank according to a female-male ratio of 1: (1.5-2.5), inserting a partition plate, and separating female zebrafish from the male zebrafish; taking out the partition plate after one night, collecting roes after 90-150 minutes, placing the roes in a culture solution containing bacteriostat, and performing constant-temperature incubating; after incubation, randomly dividing the roes into a blank control group and a lead acetate group, adding the culture solution containing bacteriostat into the blank control group, adding a lead acetate solution into the lead acetate group, and performing culture, wherein the final concentration of the lead acetate is 5-20 mg/L; and enabling the cultured zebrafish to be subjected to cartilage dyeing, and when the cultured zebrafish is compared with the blank control group, if the dyeing area of the lead acetate group is reduced, obtaining the zebrafish osteoporosis model.
