Abstract

The current collector spot welding and assembling all-in-one machine comprises a sealing ring feeding device, a copper nail feeding device, a negative electrode cover feeding device, a spot welding part, an assembling part, a connecting part, a workbench and a motor; the spot welding part comprises a spot welding guide rod, a first cam and a first rotary disc, and a welding track is arranged on the outer wall of the first rotary disc; a spot welding guide rail is pressed down through the first cam and the welding track to enable a cathode cover to be in contact welding with a copper nail to form a current collector; the connecting part is arranged between an electric welding part and the assembling part; an assembling guide rod adsorbs the current collector, and the current collector is inserted into a sealing ring to assemble the current collector through downward pressing of a second cam and an assembling track; the motor drives the first rotary disc and a second rotary disc to rotate synchronously through a gear set; and the electric welding part, the assembling part and the connecting part are installed on the workbench.
