An anti-seasonal lake ecological water demand determination method comprises the following steps: firstly, determining anti-seasonal lake ecological water demand key months and water level change ranges of the key months for an aquatic plant germination period, an aquatic plant growth diffusion period and an aquatic plant mature period respectively; then, for the key months, respectively establishing a relationship between the water level and the aquatic plant area, and establishing a relationship between the water level and the waterfowl habitat area according to the requirements of the protection waterfowl for the habitat; and finally, according to the relation curve of the water level and the waterfowl habitat area, determining the ecological water demand of each key month.
