nitrogen; after the reactions end, static settlement and water discharging are performed; after the reaction of the short-cut nitrification in the N-SBR reactor ends, and static settlement and water discharging are finished, the A2 / O-SBR reactor II is started, and because the running manner of the A2 / O-SBR reactor II is the same as that of the A2 / O-SBR reactor I, the vacancy rate of the N-SBR reactor can be lowered.
