nitrogen emission comprises an ultralow
nitrogen burner, a
fuel gas distribution
pipe, a
hearth, a set of convective heat exchange pipes, a set of fin condensation pipes, primary heat medium water, and an internal and external spiral
pipe set; the ultralow nitrogen burner communicates with the
fuel gas distribution
pipe; the set of convective heat exchange pipes are arranged in a
combustion area of the vacuum hot water boiler
hearth; the set of fin condensation pipes are arranged in the area behind the convective heat exchange pipes; the convective heat exchange pipes and the fin condensation pipes communicate with the primary heat medium water; and the internal and external spiral pipe set is located on the upper portion of the vacuum hot water boiler. flame is divided into a plurality of small
flame bodies through the
fuel gas distribution pipe, as the small
flame bodies are large in heat dissipation area and low in temperature, the amount of
thermal reaction NO is decreased, in addition, the flame bodies are small in size, the stay time of
oxygen, nitrogen and other gas in the flame bodies is shortened, and the
thermal reaction NO and fuel NO are both obviously inhibited.
