A first inclined groove and a second inclined groove which extend in the radial direction are formed in the lower surface of the flow guide block, the width of the inclined grooves is gradually reduced from the middle to the two sides, the thickness of the inclined grooves is gradually increased, a channel for electrolyte to flow through is formed between the lower surface of the flow guide block and the upper surface of the workpiece, the first inclined groove is connected with a liquid inlet, the second inclined groove is connected with a liquid outlet, and the inclination angle of the first inclined groove is larger than that of the second inclined groove.
