A objective function is constructed based on the transportation cost, the self-distribution cost and the crowdsourcing cost in the logistics distribution process, then the objective function is minimized to determine a distribution route of self-distribution and a demand point of crowdsourcing distribution, and then optimization is carried out by using a hybridalgorithm combining an improved variable neighborhood searchalgorithm and a differential evolutionalgorithm. An optimal target function value fmin and a corresponding xmin are acquired and the logistics distribution process is optimized according to a solved optimal result. Cost of the distribution center is reduced, the selection of the distribution mode of the distribution center is guided, the problem that the logistics distribution cannot be optimized when influence factors in multiple aspects are considered in the prior art is solved, and the purpose of overall optimization of the logistics distribution is achieved.
