Embodiment 1

[0080] A method for detecting emotional stress of college students based on multimodality, such as figure 1 , Figure 4 shown, including the following steps;

[0081] S01. Through the emotional stress test experiment, the subjects were artificially stimulated to be in the state of emotional stimulation, and the EEG, ECG and GSR data of the subjects under the basic emotional stress state and the stress excitation state were obtained respectively.

[0082] Wherein, the stress test experiment in step S01 can be specifically divided into the following stages:

[0083] The first stage: Introduce the experimental process and purpose, and investigate the basic information of the subjects.

[0084] The second stage: wear the equipment and adapt to the experimental environment at the same time. After wearing the equipment, enter the ten-minute self-rest stage, close your eyes and rest your mind. During this period, record the steady-state EEG, ECG and GSR data for five minutes, as th...

Embodiment 2

[0138] Based on the same inventive concept as the multimodal-based college student emotional stress detection method in the foregoing embodiment one, the present invention also provides a multimodal college student emotional stress detection system, such as Figure 5 shown, including:

[0139] Emotional stress test experiment module 301, the emotional stress test experiment module 301 is used to stimulate stress emotions.

[0140] EEG, ECG and GSR signal data acquisition module 302, the EEG, ECG and GSR signal data acquisition module 302 is used to acquire EEG, ECG and GSR data.

[0141] EEG, ECG and GSR signal preprocessing and feature extraction module 303. The EEG, ECG and GSR signal preprocessing and feature extraction module 303 is used to preprocess the collected EEG, ECG and GSR data and perform feature extraction.

[0142] The input module 304, the input module 304 is used to use the extracted EEG features, ECG features and GSR features as input features into the BP n...

Abstract

The invention discloses a multimodal-based college student emotional pressure detection system and method. The method comprises the following steps: S01, artificially exciting a subject to be in an emotional excitation state, carrying out an emotional pressure test experiment, and respectively obtaining EEG, ECG and GSR data of the subject in a basic emotional pressure state and a pressure excitation state; s02, performing preprocessing and feature extraction on the EEG, ECG and GSR data collected in the step S01; s03, inputting the EEG features, the ECG features and the GSR features obtained in the step S02 into a pre-trained BP neural network for classification to obtain a multi-modal-based tested basic emotional pressure level and an excitation pressure level; and S04, inputting the basic emotion pressure level, the excitation pressure level and the pressure change difference value in the step S03 into a pre-trained sensor for classification, and judging whether the subject is in a high emotion pressure state or not. According to the invention, the emotion pressure change condition of the subject in a pressure environment can be accurately recognized, and the method plays an important role in recognizing high-risk emotion college students.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of multimodal emotion recognition, specifically, it is used in the scene of a stress test experiment to collect brain waves, electrocardiographic signals and electrodermal reflections of experimenters and perform multimodal feature fusion to judge individual emotions of college students. A detection system and method for a stress state. Background technique [0002] Appropriate emotional stress can improve people's work efficiency, but excessive or long-term emotional stress will have a bad impact on people's lives, and even affect people's health. Among them, college students are facing more and more pressure from study, employment, economy and other aspects. It is often difficult for them to resolve themselves when facing pressure. The gradual accumulation of pressure will lead to the outbreak of negative emotions. If things go on like this, they may even go to extremes . [0003] Existing emotio...
