Abstract

The invention discloses a driving mechanism of a pneumatic clamping jaw. The driving mechanism comprises a ventilation block and two sets of air cylinder assemblies which are located on the same straight line and symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the ventilation block. Each air cylinder assembly comprises an air cylinder and a piston rod. A piston part is arranged at one end of the piston rod in each air cylinder, and the other end of the piston rod in each air cylinder is connected with the ventilation block. An inner cavity of each air cylinder is divided by the corresponding piston part into first cavity space and second cavity space which are independent of each other. First air passages communicating with the first cavity space and second air passages communicating with the second cavity space are arranged in the piston rods. A first ventilation channel and a second ventilation channel which are independent of each other are arranged in the ventilation block, wherein the two ends of each of the first ventilation channel and the second ventilation channel are through. One end of the first ventilation channel communicates with the two first air passages on the different piston rods at the same time, and one end of the second ventilation channel communicates with the two second air passages on the different piston rods at the same time.
