The method comprises the steps of identifying whether each to-be-detected sample in a sample group is provided with a graphic code or not, wherein the sample group comprises a plurality of to-be-detected samples; if so, obtaining sample information and verification information in each graphic code; according to each piece of the verification information and each piece of the sample information, verifying each piece of the to-be-detected sample; for a first sample which is successfully verified in the sample group, generating a first work order according to the sample information of the first sample; and according to the first work order of each first sample, detecting the corresponding first sample. According to the invention, the accuracy of sample detection can be improved.
