Abstract

The intention recognition method comprises the steps of obtaining an intention recognition model, and extracting a target dialogue set from a dialogue scene according to a preset sliding window, wherein the target dialogue set comprises a target dialogue and a historical dialogue before the target dialogue and in the preset sliding window; performing feature extraction on the target dialogue by a first transformer network to obtain a target semantic feature corresponding to the target dialogue; obtaining a target semantic feature set corresponding to the target dialogue set; performing feature extraction on the target semantic feature set by a second transform network to obtain a context semantic feature; performing feature fusion on the target semantic feature and the context semantic feature by a fusion feature layer to obtain a to-be-classified feature; and performing intention classification on the to-be-classified feature by using a classifier to obtain an intention recognition result. The method can effectively improve the accuracy of intention recognition.
