Abstract

The invention provides a method for measuring the creep distance between a traction sheave groove and a steel wire rope of an elevator. The method comprises the following steps that a vibration signal of an elevator car is acquired through a vibration sensor, and the vibration signal is collected and preprocessed by using a data acquisition instrument; angular displacement signals of a traction wheel in the ascending and descending processes are collected through a pulse encoder arranged on the traction wheel; the operation distance of the steel wire rope is obtained based on the preprocessed vibration signal, and the operation distance of the traction sheave groove is calculated based on the angular displacement signals collected by the pulse encoder; and the creep distance between the traction sheave groove and the steel wire rope is obtained by subtracting the operation distance of the steel wire rope and the operation distance of the traction sheave groove.
