The invention discloses a design method for a virtual reality multi-view fusion model, and the method comprises the following steps: collecting a view type according to an interaction task, obtaining a main view, an auxiliary view, and a configuration mode and a fusion method between the main view and the auxiliary view; and according to the configuration mode and the fusion method, constructing a multi-view fusion model, wherein the multi-view fusion model is used for obtaining a main view image and an auxiliary view image and fusing the auxiliary view image into the main view image to obtain a multi-view fusion image. According to the multi-view fusion model design method, a user determines a configuration mode of a main view angle and an auxiliary view angle and a fusion method of the auxiliary view angle in sequence according to different requirements of an interaction task on user space perception and interaction precision and requirements of the interaction task on the auxiliary view angle in three aspects of information richness, intuition and the user intervention degree; therefore, the appropriate multi-view fusion model is determined, the space information of the surrounding environment is provided for the user, and the correctness of the limb movement posture and the naturalness of interaction are ensured.
