The invention provides a motorcycle sensor detection system which comprises a wheel speed sensor, a frequency input module, a data collector and a CAN bus; the wheel speed sensor comprises a shell, a connecting terminal, a circuit board, a capacitor and a coil, wherein the circuit board, the capacitor and the coil are all located in the shell; one end of the connecting terminal extends into the shell to be connected with the circuit board, the other end of the connecting terminal is connected with the frequency input module; a circuit board of the wheel speed sensor comprises an LC oscillating circuit, a signal trigger and a switching amplifier, wherein the LC oscillating circuit excites a coil to generate a high-frequency variable magnetic field, and the high-frequency variable magnetic field is released through an induction surface; the data collector is used for setting the working mode of the frequency input module; and the frequency input module receives switching signals of the wheel speed sensor, determines the number of the switching signals generated when the wheels of a motorcycle rotate by one circle according to the obtained switching signals, calculates the rotating speed of the wheels of the motorcycle, and then sends the rotating speed to the data collector.
