The invention discloses an organic contaminated soil ultrasonic and microwave combined remediation device which comprises a shell, the inner space of the shell is divided into a leacheate storage chamber, a leaching chamber, a waste liquid chamber, a thermal desorption chamber and a gas adsorption chamber through fixedly-installed supporting walls, and a liquid inlet and a feeding port are formed in the top of the shell; an electric control pipe opening switch is arranged at the bottom of the leaching chamber, spiral lead screws are arranged on the front side and the rear side below the electric control pipe opening switch, and a microporous filter plate is arranged below the spiral lead screws; and sieved soil fed from the feeding port enters the leaching chamber to be subjected to ultrasonic leaching in the leaching chamber, then the leached soil falls onto the microporous filter plate through a pipe opening in the bottom of the leaching chamber to be dehydrated, the soil enters the thermal desorption chamber under the action of a push plate to be subjected to microwave thermal desorption, and generated tail gas is exhausted after being subjected to adsorption purification through the gas adsorption chamber.
