Abstract

The invention discloses a synchronous rotation cutting machine which comprises a feeding device, an end cutting mechanism and a first rotating disc, wherein N supporting shafts are evenly arranged on the circumference of the first rotating disc; the first rotating disc is driven by output intermittent rotation of a divider, and the feeding device comprises a first feeding groove, a second feeding groove and a pushing cylinder; each supporting shaft is provided with a tensioning device, and therefore the supporting shaft is in tight fit with an inner cavity of a workpiece to be machined; the workpiece to be machined is pushed into a sleeve of a second rotating disc through a disc change device, and the tensioning device comprises a pull rod, a clamping pin and a reset spring; clamping pin holes are formed in the circumferences of the supporting shafts in the radial direction, and communicate with shaft cavities of the supporting shafts; the pull rods are arranged in the shaft cavities of the supporting shafts, and the ends of the pull rods are connected with conical clamping pin heads; one ends of the reset springs abut against end rings of the pull rods, the other ends of the reset springs abut against the top step of a spring cavity; and the clamping pins abut against the conical faces of the conical clamping pin heads. According to the synchronous rotation cutting machine, the sleeve is in tight fit with the supporting shaft at a processing station through the tensioning device, and therefore necessary guarantee is provided for subsequent processing.
