vehicle frame laser cutting and hydraulic
punching integrated device and method, the integrated device comprises a moving module and a hole opening module; wherein the moving module comprises a
robot moving track, an X-direction sliding table switching mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a hydraulic
punching module X, Y displacement sliding table which are located inside the
robot moving track; the hole opening module comprises a
laser cutting seven-axis
robot and a plurality of hydraulic
punching modules; in operation, the integrated device provided by the application firstly uses the seven-axis robot
laser cutting to ensure the flexible production and position accuracy of each vehicle body mounting hole and cargo compartment positioning hole; then the hydraulic punching module is used to positively punch and reversely punch the front and rear mounting holes of the
vehicle frame lower swing arm and the front and rear mounting holes of the
leaf spring seat, so as to ensure the flexible production and position accuracy of the front and rear mounting holes of the lower swing arm and the front and rear mounting holes of the
leaf spring seat. Meanwhile, the punching and cutting after the
vehicle frame welding can reduce the hole position change caused by
welding deformation.
