The process migration method is executed in the computing equipment, and the method comprises the following steps: dividing each process into an active process or an inactive process based on the real load of each process in a processor; judging whether the active process is the unique active process in the processor or not; if the process is not the unique active process, determining the task hierarchical loads of the process in sequence; and when the task hierarchical load of the process meets a preset condition, migrating the process to other processors.
