Abstract

The protective fusing device comprises a connecting device, a force sensitive resistor surface and a portable power supply device; the connecting device is used for being connected a sling of the crane and is controlled to achieve fusing according to the magnitude of current; the force sensitive resistor surface is mounted at the joint of the connecting device and the sling; and the portable power supply device is installed on the connecting device. The connection surface of the upper end of the sling is modified into a pressure sensitive resistor, meanwhile, the portable power supply device integrated with the pressure sensitive resistor is additionally arranged, and the electromagnet connecting device controlled by the current is additionally arranged at the joint to form the fusing device, so that when the pressure value is too large, the current changes accordingly, the electromagnet connecting device controlled by the magnitude of the current is immediately powered off, and a lifting hook and the sling are immediately separated from the crane to play a role in fusing early warning. The steel wire rope is prevented from being broken due to overweight, and meanwhile, casualties possibly caused by the fact that early warning is not conducted in time due to overload carrying are prevented.
