The system comprises an inventory recovery unit which is used for collecting inventory data of recovered resources; a reusable inventory unit which is used for acquiring data of the reusable resource inventory in the inventory recovery unit; a supply chain unit which is used for acquiring supply chain income according to the data of the reusable resource inventory; and an income output unit which is used for outputting the overall income. Processing is performed according to the closed supply chains of the renewable resources and the data between the supply chains, the income data information of the renewable resources is obtained, and a basis is provided for management of the renewable resources.
