Problems solved by technology

[0004] In recent years, self-healing technology has developed rapidly. The aromatic disulfide bond exchange reaction has been used to prepare materials with room temperature self-healing properties due to its low bond dissociation energy and stable free radicals. The room temperature self-healing effect of PU is not ideal
Its self-healing process often requires conditions such as heating or hot pressing, which is not suitable for the storage requirements of solid propellants

Embodiment 1

[0027] Preparation of self-healing polyurethane materials

[0028] 1. Put hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (3g, 1.25mmol, hydroxyl molarity: 2.25mmol) in a 100ml three-necked flask, and dry at 60°C for 12h. The molecular weight of the hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene is 3000, and the hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene is type IV hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene.

[0029] 2. Heat the hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene to 70°C, then add isophorone diisocyanate (2.25mmol) and triphenylbismuth (3mg) dissolved in 5ml of N,N-dimethylformamide, at 70°C Under the conditions, the reaction was continuously stirred for 3h. The molar ratio of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene to isophorone diisocyanate is 1:2.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a bionic room-temperature self-repairing polyurethane material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing an isocyanate-terminated hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene prepolymer, then respectively introducing a disulfide bond and a benzenediol bionic group onto the molecular chain of the prepolymer, and finally, curing a reaction product to obtain the self-repairing polyurethane material. The method has the advantages of simple process conditions, easily controlled flow, high safety, low cost, high yield and convenience in batch production. A one-pot multi-step mode is adopted in the preparation process of the self-repairing polyurethane, and the tedious preparation process of a traditional self-repairing material is simplified. The reasonable combination of the bionic structure and the dynamic disulfide bond ensures that the product has room-temperature self-repairing capability, is particularly suitable for the field of composite solid propellants, and can be widely applied to the national defense and military fields such as carrier rockets and missile weapon systems.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of polymer material preparation, in particular to a preparation method of a bionic room temperature self-repairing polyurethane material. Background technique [0002] Polyurethane (PU) is a class of polymer materials with excellent properties, and has broad application prospects in many fields such as coating materials, biological materials, and insulating materials. Among them, hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB)-based polyurethane has been widely used as a binder for solid propellants due to its excellent elasticity, toughness and low glass transition temperature. Solid propellant is a multi-component filled composite material based on polymer binder and filled with oxidizer, metal fuel and other combustion aids. Solid propellant is the energy source of rocket and missile motors, and its performance directly affects the combat effectiveness of rocket and missile weapon systems. However, solid propellants are...
