Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of leukemia prognosis assessment, and specifically relates to the application of long-chain non-coding RNA LINC01565 in the prognosis of acute myeloid leukemia. The present invention studies the clinical relevance and prognostic value of LncRNA LINC01565 in acute myeloid leukemia. The results of the study showed that AML patients with high expression of LINC01565 had lower overall survival compared with AML patients with low expression. In the chemotherapy group, high expression of LINC01565 predicted worse prognosis, but in the transplantation group, there was no significant difference in survival between patients with high and low expression of LINC01565. Thus, LINC01565 is a stable biomarker of prognosis in acute myeloid leukemia AML, but its prognostic significance may be abolished by transplantation.
