The invention discloses a coal rock damage electromagnetic radiation direction-finding positioning system, which comprises a three-axis electromagnetic sensor array, a signal acquisition module and a direction-finding positioning terminal, wherein the three-axis electromagnetic sensor array is composed of at least four three-axis electromagnetic sensors, and is used for synchronously sensing the magnetic field intensity in three-axis directions based on a tunnel magnetoresistance technology and measuring the space real magnetic field vector; the signal acquisition module is used for acquiring magnetic field vector change information of a plurality of measuring points in real time, extracting magnetic field vector change parameters and transmitting the magnetic field vector change parameters to the direction-finding positioning terminal; and the direction-finding positioning terminal is used for carrying out direction-finding positioning calculation according to the received magnetic field vector change parameters, and carrying out three-dimensional dynamic visual display on a positioning result, positioning time and positioning coordinates.
