Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first computing resource of a first virtual machine; receiving a computing resource switching instruction, wherein the computing resource switching instruction indicates that at least one computing core of the first virtual machine is switched to a second virtual machine for use; determining a to-be-switched computing core in the first computing resource and a corresponding first thread according to the computing resource switching instruction and the first computing resource; and switching the first thread to run the second virtual machine. According to the embodiment of the invention, when the computing resources are switched between the first virtual machine and the second virtual machine, the binding relationship between the computing core and the thread is reserved, so that the problem of setting synchronization of two virtual machines caused by adjustment of the setting of the binding core of the original virtual machine in the prior art is solved, the control complexity is greatly reduced, and privacy isolation is realized.
