Problems solved by technology

However, the thin film transistors included in the existing array substrates often have a back channel effect (Back Channel Effect). When charges are accumulated on the substrate or there is a voltage change, the parameters of the thin film transistors will be affected, thereby affecting the driving effect.

Abstract

The invention discloses an array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display panel. The array substrate comprises a substrate; pixel circuits which are arranged on the substrate in an array mode, wherein each pixel circuit comprises a thin film transistor; and a shielding layer which is located between at least one thin film transistor and the substrate, wherein the shielding layer and the thin film transistor are insulated and spaced, and the shielding layer has fixed charges. According to the array substrate provided by the embodiment of the invention, the shielding layer is arranged on the side, facing the substrate, of the thin film transistor, and the shielding layer has fixed charges, so that the shielding layer has fixed potential. When charge accumulation or voltage change exists on the substrate or on the outer side of the substrate, the shielding layer can shield the influence of charge change or voltage change on the thin film transistor, and the interference of the back channel effect is weakened.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the display field, in particular to an array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display panel. Background technique [0002] The active matrix (Active Matrix, AM) driving technology is a display panel driving technology that uses thin film transistor (Thin Film Transistor, TFT) devices to create active pixels. The active matrix technology is implemented relying on an array substrate, wherein the array substrate includes a plurality of pixel circuits arranged in an array, and each pixel circuit can be electrically connected to a corresponding sub-pixel. [0003] In the prior art array substrates, multiple film layers are usually stacked on the substrate to obtain thin film transistors. However, the thin film transistors included in the existing array substrates often have a back channel effect (Back Channel Effect). When charges are accumulated on the substrate or voltage changes, the parameters of the thi...
