Abstract

The invention discloses a hybrid fault detection method and device. The method comprises the steps: acquiring data, carrying out the preprocessing of the data to obtain a data set; performing signal mode extraction on the data set by using a time sequence segmentation algorithm to obtain a mode set; designing features of the mode set, calculating the mode set to obtain statistical features, and extracting the design features and the statistical features to obtain a statistical feature set; on the basis of a PCA principal component analysis method, selecting principal components representing the mode set from the statistical feature set to form an important feature set; applying the important feature set to a support vector machine training sample to obtain a multivariable analysis model for fault recognition; and generating a threshold value by using the multivariate analysis model, performing dimensionality reduction on the threshold value and the data set to obtain a two-dimensional diagram through linear projection, and representing the two-dimensional diagram through a scatter diagram.
