By the adoption of the indexable deburring cutter, the mode of stretching in from a cavity opening for deburring is changed into the mode of stretching in from the orifice of the outer wall, the deburring mode is changed into the mode of rotating a cutter handle, the needed inner cavity space is greatly reduced, and the limitation of the inner cavity size and the inner cavity structure is avoided.
