coal concentration device based on a charge method and a control method of the pulverized
coal concentration device, and belongs to the field of
combustion of
coal-fired boilers. The problems that a traditional
inertia separation technology is low in separation efficiency and prone to abrasion in the low-load stable
combustion process of the pulverized coal boiler are solved. Comprising a
corona discharge device, a grounding device, a central
discharge device, a concentrated pulverized
coal pipeline and a light-phase pulverized
coal pipeline, a guide plate is arranged at an inlet of the concentrated pulverized
coal pipeline, one end of the light-phase pulverized coal pipeline is inserted into the concentrated pulverized coal pipeline, and the other end of the light-phase pulverized coal pipeline is located on the outer side of the concentrated pulverized coal pipeline; the
corona discharge device is arranged on the outer side wall, corresponding to the
insertion section of the light-phase pulverized coal pipeline, of the concentrated pulverized coal pipeline, the grounding device is of an annular structure and arranged on the outer side of the
corona discharge device in a surrounding mode, and a wear-resistant lining is arranged on the inner wall of the concentrated pulverized coal pipeline. The device is mainly used for improving the pulverized coal concentration of the pulverized coal boiler during low-load operation.
