The method comprises the steps that: after a compressor is shut down, the pressure difference between high pressure and low pressure is obtained; at least one of the following items is controlled according to the pressure difference: the rotating speed of delayed closing of an inner fan, the rotating speed of delayed closing of an outer fan, the opening degree of delayed closing of an expansion valve of an inner unit and the reversing duration of a four-way valve; and the rotating speed of delayed closing of the inner fan, the rotating speed of delayed closing of the outer fan, the opening degree of delayed closing of the expansion valve of the inner unit and the reversing duration of the four-way valve are in positive correlation with the pressure difference. According to the invention, the rotation speed of delayed closing of the inner fan, the rotation speed of delayed closing of the outer fan, the opening degree of delayed closing of the expansion valve of the inner unit and the reversing duration of the four-way valve are controlled through coupling of the high-low pressure difference; the high-low pressure difference after the compressor is shut down can be rapidly balanced; and starting failure of the compressor is avoided.
