The method comprises the following steps: establishing a restoration area and conducting the following steps in the restoration area: restoring an open water surface: constructing an open water surface area accounting for 35%-40% of the total area of the restoration area; restoring a paddy field: constructing a paddy field to be embedded in the open water surface and located in an area close to an edge of the restoration area; restoring a shoal: constructing the shoal area accounting for 5%-10% of the total area of the restoration area and located in a middle water area of the open water surface; restoring a marsh wetland: constructing the marsh wetland area accounting for 3%-5% of the total area of the restoration area and scattered in the middle water area of the open water surface; restoring a forest land: conctructing the forest land area accounting for 3%-7% of the total area of the restoration area and located around the restoration area; and restoring fishes and benthonic animals: introducing and recovering the benthonic animals and fishes in a water area of the open water surface.
