Abstract

The two-degree-of-freedom spring-mass block damping device comprises a linear guide rail, a bearing sliding block and a damping block are arranged on the linear guide rail in a sliding mode, a rack is arranged on the bearing sliding block, a first spring connected with a fixed object is arranged at the end, away from the damping block, of the rack, a speed sensor is arranged at the lower end of the first spring. A second spring is connected between the end, away from the second spring, of the rack and the damping block, a vibration assembly is rotationally arranged on the rack and comprises an eccentric wheel, and the eccentric wheel is driven by a driving motor. Compared with the prior art, the two-degree-of-freedom spring-mass block damping device has the advantages that vibration of the rack is excited through the eccentric wheel, vibration energy of the rack is absorbed through a spring-mass block damping system, and all parameters of single-degree-of-freedom damping and two-degree-of-freedom vibration are quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed and calculated; and the mass of the spring and the mass block with proper stiffness coefficients is selected by using the technical parameters, so that the vibration of the rack is reduced or even eliminated.
