A double-layer optimization model for calculating the maximum access capacity of a distributed power supply considering multiple factors such as voltage deviation, static safety and stability margin, power flow and the like is constructed, and the model is solved by adopting a trust region sequential quadratic programming method. Compared with a traditional access capacity calculation method for determining the installation positions and the access number of distributed power supplies, the maximum access capacity of a power distribution network can be calculated when the positions, the number and the capacity of distributed power supplies are unknown, and comprehensive evaluation of the capability of accepting distributed power supplies by the power distribution network is realized by considering multiple factors such as voltage deviation, static safety and stability and the like.
