The segmented cutting device comprises a machining table, wherein a sliding rail is arranged above the machining table, a plurality of sliding blocks are connected to the sliding rail in a sliding manner, each sliding block is connected with a group of cutting mechanism and a group of pressing mechanism, and a waterproof material is positioned on the table top of the machining table; the cutting mechanisms and the pressing mechanisms are both located above a waterproof material; the two ends of the sliding rail are each fixedly connected with a connecting base, and each connecting base is connected with the machining table through a lifting mechanism; and lifting of the sliding rail is achieved under driving of the lifting mechanisms, and meanwhile lifting of the cutting mechanisms and the pressing mechanisms is achieved. The positions of the multiple cutting mechanisms are adjusted according to the cutting requirement, then the lifting mechanisms are operated, the cutting mechanisms and the pressing mechanism descend and make contact with the waterproof material, and descending is stopped when the cutting mechanisms and the pressing mechanism descend to the proper height. Motors of the required cutting mechanisms are started, and cutting saw blades rotate.
