Abstract

The invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine preparation of hydroxysafflor yellow A. According to the traditional Chinese medicine preparation of hydroxysafflor yellow A, an optimal natural deep eutectic solvent capable of improving the hydroxysafflor yellow A is screened through a large number of experiments, and the result shows that the oral bioavailability of the hydroxysafflor yellow A can be remarkably improved by dissolving 90% glucose-choline chloride (90% GCH) in water. Compared with a water group, a 90% GCH group has the advantages that the relative oral bioavailability of the hydroxysafflor yellow A in the 90% GCH group is 326.93%. One-way intestinal perfusion experiments show that the absorption rate of the hydroxysafflor yellow A in jejuna in the 90% GCH group is increased by 2.95 times compared with that of an H2O group. Pharmacodynamic evaluation shows that 90% GCH hydroxysafflor yellow A can more effectively reduce body weight and correct steatohepatitis and dyslipidemia in fat rats induced by high fat diet. The 90% GCH not only can improve oral absorption of the hydroxysafflor yellow A, but also can increase the anti-obesity effect of the hydroxysafflor yellow A, and a remarkable technical effect is achieved.
