The bioretention facility comprises a sunken green belt, an underground rainwater pipeline and a plurality of rainwater wells, the sunken green belt is arranged between a motor vehicle lane and an auxiliary road, the elevation of the sunken green belt is lower than the elevation of the motor vehicle lane and the auxiliary road, and the sunken green belt comprises an undisturbed soil layer, a first gravel layer, a permeable geotextile, a quartz sand water storage layer, a planting soil layer and a bark covering layer in sequence from bottom to top; the underground rainwater pipeline is buried under the sunken green belt, the auxiliary road and the sidewalk, and the underground rainwater pipeline under the sunken green belt is located in the first gravel layer; and the multiple rainwater wells are arranged in the sunken green belt, and all the rainwater wells communicate with the underground rainwater pipeline.
