Abstract

The invention discloses a double-stroke air cylinder. The double-stroke air cylinder comprises a front cylinder and a pressurizing cylinder which are connected with each other, wherein the front cylinder comprises: a front cylinder barrel; a front cylinder piston which is arranged in the front cylinder barrel, wherein the front cylinder barrel is divided into a first air chamber and a second air chamber by the front cylinder piston; a front cylinder shaft which is connected with the front cylinder piston and is used for transmission; the pressurizing cylinder comprises: a pressurizing cylinder barrel; a pressurizing cylinder piston which is arranged in the pressurizing cylinder barrel, wherein the pressurizing cylinder barrel is divided into a third air chamber and a fourth air chamber by the pressurizing cylinder piston; and a pressurizing cylinder shaft which is connected with the pressurizing cylinder piston and is used for transmission. The double-stroke air cylinder further comprises: a clamping and locking mechanism used for connecting the front cylinder shaft wherein the pressurizing cylinder shaft, and the clamping and locking mechanism comprises a first connecting part which is connected with the front cylinder piston and used for connecting the front cylinder shaft and the pressurizing cylinder shaft; and a second connecting part which is matched with the first connecting part, is arranged on the pressurizing cylinder shaft and is used for being connected with the front cylinder shaft.
