Abstract

The invention discloses a space vector modulation method and device for a three-phase inverter to drive a single-phase motor. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining an overmodulation coefficient according to a given voltage; calculating a three-phase duty ratio according to the given voltage, the overmodulation coefficient and the bus voltage of the three-phase inverter, and limiting the calculated three-phase duty ratio; and controlling the three-phase inverter by using the limited three-phase duty ratio so as to drive the single-phase motor. According to the invention, the three-phase inverter can be controlled to output the voltage required by the single-phase motor so that the control of the single-phase motor is realized.
