Embodiment 1

[0073] Process flow chart of the present invention is referred to figure 1 . Take the taurine mother liquor with a COD value of about 100,000 mg / L and a total nitrogen of about 4,000 mg / L after ammonia desalination, and dilute it by 1 time. If the solution has a strong ammonia smell, part of the ammonia can be removed by evaporation until there is no ammonia smell. After cooling, add pure water to the scale before the original ammonia removal, adjust the pH to about 7.5 with hydrochloric acid, inoculate 2% Streptomyces rubrum (bio-096964) and 2% Bacillus jelly-like (bio-62117) to control fermentation Conditions, when the growth of the strain is slow, add glucose in an appropriate amount, and maintain the fermentation temperature at 25-30°C. During the fermentation process, after sampling to measure the OD value or wet weight, take the supernatant after centrifugation to measure the COD value and total nitrogen. The results are shown in Table 1 below:

Abstract

The invention discloses a microbial composition and a method for treating wastewater by using the same. The invention relates to a microbial composition for treating wastewater. The microbial composition comprises at least two of pseudomonas stutzeri, streptomyces rubrum, streptomyces albus, bacillus subtilis, bacillus mucilaginosus and halophilous actinomycetes. The wastewater meets one or two of the following conditions: a, the COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) value reaches 90000-110000 mg/L; and b, the total nitrogen value reaches 3000 to 5000 mg/L. The method for culturing the biological composition by using the taurine industrial wastewater, provided by the invention, is low in cost and good in effect; the waste liquid in the taurine production is used for culturing the microbial composition, so that COD and total nitrogen in the waste water can be reduced (more than 95% of COD can be degraded at most); and the wastewater can be used for culturing a microbial composition, and bacteria obtained by fermentation can be used as a biological fertilizer and have a fertility increasing effect on vegetables and green plants.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the fields of chemical fertilizer manufacturing and wastewater treatment, and relates to a microbial composition and a method for treating wastewater by using the same, in particular to a method for using taurine industrial wastewater to cultivate probiotics for biological fertilizers. Background technique [0002] Taurine is widely used in the fields of medicine, food additives, feedstuffs, surfactants and brighteners, etc., and the scope of application is expanding day by day. In recent years, the supply has been in short supply. However, its production wastewater contains high concentrations of COD and NH 4+ -N, organic nitrogen and ammonium sulfate or ammonium chloride and other salts. If it is directly handed over to the sewage station without treatment, it can only be treated after a large amount of dilution until the pollution factor meets the influent standard. As a result, the water treatment volume will double and br...
