Abstract

The invention discloses a high-voltage alternating-current arc plasma torch device. The device comprises a torch assembly, a wiring insulating seat, a gas inflow sleeve and a base; one end of the gas inflow sleeve is fixed to the base; the wiring insulating seat is fixed to the other end of the gas inflow sleeve; a gas inflow cavity is formed among the gas inflow sleeve, the wiring insulating seat and the base; a mounting through hole is formed in the gas inflow sleeve and is communicated with the gas inflow cavity; the torch assembly is installed on the base, and the torch assembly and the gas inflow sleeve are located on the two sides of the base correspondingly; the torch assembly comprises an electrode binding post, the electrode binding post penetrates through the base and extends into the gas inflow cavity, and the end, away from the torch assembly, of the electrode binding post extends out of the wiring insulating seat; and the base is provided with a first through hole, and the first through hole is communicated with the gas inflow cavity and is used for guiding gas in the gas inflow cavity into the torch assembly. According to the high-voltage alternating-current arc plasma torch device, the electrode binding post can be cooled conveniently.
