Abstract

The method comprises the steps: the UPF receives a session establishment request message sent by an SMF; the UPF extracts user position information corresponding to the terminal from the session establishment request message, and allocates an IP address to the terminal based on the user position information; and the UPF returns a session establishment response message to the SMF, wherein the information carried in the session establishment response message comprises the IP address allocated to the terminal.
