Abstract

The invention discloses a high-speed shearing machine for preparing composite asphalt. The high-speed shearing machine comprises a shearing mechanism. The shearing mechanism comprises a main cylinder body for adding matrix asphalt and at least one auxiliary cylinder body arranged on an outer side of the main cylinder body, wherein the auxiliary cylinder body is used for adding a modifier; the auxiliary cylinder body communicates with the main cylinder body; a main shearing device is arranged in the main cylinder body; an auxiliary shearing device is arranged in the auxiliary cylinder body; and when the main shearing device and the auxiliary shearing device rotate, the matrix asphalt and the modifier are controlled to move to a joint of the main cylinder body and the auxiliary cylinder body for shearing. The invention accelerates the movement speed of the matrix asphalt and the modifier in the cylinder bodies, rapidly tears matrix asphalt and modifier liquid drops, improves the efficiency of diffusing the modifier liquid drops into the matrix asphalt liquid drops, shortens preparation time of composite modified asphalt, improves stability of the composite modified asphalt, can be used for researching performance of the composite modified asphalt, and has a wide market space.
