Abstract

A display device is provided. The display device includes: an array substrate including a pixel array disposed in a display area; packaging the substrate; and a sealing member disposed between the array substrate and the package substrate to bond the array substrate and the package substrate. The array substrate includes: a signal transmission wiring overlapping the sealing member and electrically connected to the pixel array; an insulating layer covering the signal transmission wiring and including an inorganic material; a power transmission wiring disposed on the insulating layer, overlapping the sealing member, and having a multi-wiring structure; and an expansion pattern connected to the power transmission wiring, having a thickness smaller than that of the power transmission wiring, and overlapping the sealing member and the signal transmission wiring. An outer edge of the expansion pattern is disposed within the sealing region where the sealing member is disposed.
