The transmission mechanism comprises a crankshaft, a crank, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a third connecting rod, a connecting rod shaft and an outer cylinder; the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are connected through two spring sets. The spring provides flexible support when the inner cylinder and the wrist joint of a user passively receive reciprocating swing of the outer cylinder, and the user acts on the spring of the spring set through the inner cylinder when actively training, so that force of different magnitudes is used for resisting the spring force, and swing movement of the wrist joint at different angles is achieved.
