The invention relates to a predictive electronic thermometer circuit structure for realizing temperature compensation, which comprises a compensation module, a thermometer circuit and an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) driving module, the thermometer circuit comprises a temperature measurement oscillating circuit and an actual measurement module, and the compensation module and the actual measurement module are connected in parallel between the temperature measurement oscillating circuit and the LCD driving module. The circuit structure respectively controls the switch-on and switch-off of the switch compensation module and the actual measurement module through combinational logic, and under the condition that the compensation module is switched off, the actual measurement module is switched on and outputs actual test data; and under the condition that the actual measurement module is disconnected, the compensation module is conducted, and a temperature value subjected to prediction compensation is output. The predictive electronic thermometer circuit structure for realizing temperature compensation is provided with two sets of counting systems, an actual measurement mode and a predictive mode can be selected, and production calibration is facilitated.
