The invention discloses a calculation method and system for measuring noise influence, and the method comprises the following steps: building a time domain finite difference model of dynamic hydraulic simulation of a to-be-detected pipeline; measuring the state quantity of the to-be-detected pipeline without considering the influence of measurement noise, and obtaining a noisy actual measurement sequence of the state quantity of the to-be-detected pipeline; calculating an estimation sequence of the state quantity of the to-be-detected pipeline according to the time domain finite difference model and the noisy actual measurement sequence; and assuming that the measurement noise is in normal distribution, calculating the measurement noise error of the estimation sequence by adopting an industrial valuation method. The invention provides an estimation method for analyzing the influence of the measured noise on the final calculation result when the natural gas operation state is calculated by using a difference scheme, the noise size of the final calculation result can be directly obtained according to the measured noise size, and a proper boundary condition is selected for simulation calculation.
