The method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: S1, dividing a first surface of a lens into a coating pattern area and a non-pattern area according to a preset coating pattern, and arranging a protective adhesive layer in the non-pattern area; s2, coating the first surface of the lens with a film; and S3, soaking the coated lens in clear water for a preset time, so that the protective glue layer falls off, and obtaining the lens with the coated pattern. In the embodiment of the invention, the lens with the preset coating pattern can be obtained through the process steps, and the requirements of different users on the coating pattern of the lens can be met.
