A water inlet branch pipe is further connected between the water inlet pipe and the water pump water inlet header pipe, and a first electromagnetic valve is arranged on the water inlet branch pipe; a second electromagnetic valve is arranged on the outflow pipe; the system further comprises a large-volume small-flow high-pressure tank, and a first energy storage device is arranged in the large-volume small-flow high-pressure tank.
