[0024] The working principle of the filter correction filter system of the present invention is as follows. It is connected between a power line and a neutral wire, generally in the manner shown in Figure 2, and only comes into play when interference is present. This system mainly has the following three functions:
[0025] 1. It can detect the rising instantaneous voltage and when it exceeds the peak value of the voltage by more than 10%, it will limit and absorb the excess part. For example, when the specified voltage is 120 volts (effective value), and the peak voltage reaches plus or minus 190 volts, the system starts to work.
[0026] 2. When a momentary high voltage is generated, it will reduce its rise time. So the momentary high voltage will "slide" into the isolation level. Doing so prevents another switching event from causing further ringing.
